(hereinafter referred to as "Qianfan Sailing") officially announced to deepen the strategic layout of globalization, focus on the Southeast Asian market, provide cross-border supply chain full chain services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and help "Made in Henan" sail to the sea under the continuous promotion of the "the Belt and Road" initiative and the policy dividend of RCEP (Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement).

Policy empowerment, government enterprise collaboration to build an escort system

As a key supporting enterprise for the goal of "adding 1000 import and export performance enterprises" in Henan Province, Qianfan Going Global relies on the advantages of Zhengzhou International Logistics Hub, integrates international logistics, digital marketing, compliance and risk control resources, and collaborates with government and industry partners to build a service system for going global. On April 10, 2025, at the "Brand Overseas Southeast Asia Practice Salon" hosted by the Zhengzhou High tech Zone Management Committee, Qianfan Overseas, as a core participating enterprise, provided full cycle support for enterprises from market research to overseas landing.

Innovative service model: Empowering enterprises to go global through the entire chain

Qianfan sets sail with Southeast Asia as its strategic breakthrough point and launches three core services:

1. Localization operation: Through Southeast Asian localization teams and digital marketing tools, accurately reach target customers and avoid policy and cultural differences risks;

3. Compliance and risk control: Collaborate with institutions such as China Export&Credit Insurance Corporation to provide ODI filing, tax planning, and intellectual property protection services, reducing legal and trade barrier risks for enterprises.

Practical achievements: Assisting small and medium-sized enterprises in "selling globally"

Drawing on the successful experience of local enterprises such as Zhengzhou Xizhi Technology, Qianfan has customized overseas plans for over a hundred manufacturing companies, which is highly in line with Zhengzhou's goal of "cross-border e-commerce transaction volume exceeding 130 billion yuan by 2025".

In addition, Qianfan Overseas has joined forces with members of the Zhengzhou Enterprise Overseas Service Alliance to promote the upgrading of enterprises from product output to branding through measures such as "overseas training camps" and international exhibition docking.

Future plan: Deepen regional cooperation and expand global layout

Qianfan plans to establish local service centers in Malaysia and Singapore by 2025, and collaborate with institutions such as Zhengzhou Science and Technology Financial Plaza to explore strategic cooperation with Southeast Asian sovereign funds and industrial capital. The company's general manager stated that they will leverage the benefits of RCEP tariff reductions to promote complementary development between "Made in Zhengzhou" and Southeast Asian intelligent manufacturing, cross-border e-commerce, and other fields. At the same time, they will layout in emerging markets such as the Middle East and Africa, and build a global supply chain service network.
