Zhengzhou Qianfan's Going Global and Zhang Supply's Smart Cold Chain Deepen Supply Chain Collaboration
In response to the national "dual circulation" strategy and rural revitalization policy, Zhengzhou Qianfan Overseas Supply Chain Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qianfan Overseas") and Zhangzhou Supply and Marketing Group Co., Ltd.'s Zhangzhou Supply Smart Cold Chain Logistics Company (hereinafter referred to as "Zhangzhou Supply and Cold Chain") officially announced a strategic cooperation. Both sides will integrate the supply chain resources of the Central Plains and the southeast coast, build a "cold chain+cross-border" collaborative network covering domestic and international markets, and promote the efficient communication of agricultural products between the north and south and overseas markets.
Based on the trunk transportation capacity of Zhengzhou International Logistics Hub and the location advantage of Zhangzhou as the core city of the West Coast Economic Zone of the Taiwan Strait, the two sides will jointly build the "Zhengzhou Zhangzhou" north-south cold chain logistics dual hub. Qianfan has introduced international logistics resources such as Zhengzhou China Europe freight trains and TIR cross-border highways, and linked with nodes such as Xiamen Bay Port cold chain warehouses and Longwen Guokeng turnover warehouses in the Zhang supply cold chain to form a "land sea air rail" multimodal transport network, shortening the circulation link of agricultural products from the production area to overseas markets. Through the connection between Zhangzhou Supply and Marketing Cuobian Neighborhood Community Store and Qianfan Overseas Warehouse in Southeast Asia, the north-south characteristic agricultural products can achieve one-stop circulation of "domestic distribution+cross-border direct", helping Zhangzhou's aquatic products, fruits and vegetables and other characteristic agricultural products quickly connect with the Southeast Asian consumer market, while also transporting Zhengzhou's machinery and light industrial products in reverse to the ports along the southeast coast.
In response to the pain points of non-standard and easily consumable agricultural products, both parties have joined forces with the technical team of Fujian Big Data Group to upgrade the digital management of the entire cold chain logistics chain. Through the use of "quality traceability source code" and intelligent temperature control sensing technology, the entire process of visual monitoring from the field to overseas shelves is achieved, ensuring food safety and stable quality. The supply chain intelligent platform of Qianfan going global will also be integrated with the fresh e-commerce cloud warehouse system of Zhang Supply Cold Chain, dynamically optimizing inventory allocation and order response efficiency, and reducing unsold losses. In addition, both parties plan to pilot the "blockchain+carbon footprint" technology at the Zhangzhou Supply and Marketing Cold Chain Logistics Center, explore cross-border green cold chain standards, and provide low-carbon solutions for agricultural product trade in the RCEP region.
The cooperation between Qianfan Overseas and Zhangzhou Cold Chain is not limited to logistics, but also extends to the co construction of industrial ecology. Relying on the Zhangzhou Supply Overseas Product Selection Center and the Qianfan Overseas Southeast Asia Product Selection Base, both parties will establish a "North South Excellent Product Mutual Recommendation" mechanism to promote the inclusion of Zhangzhou leisure food, Zhengzhou equipment manufacturing and other industrial belt products in the cross-border supply chain product selection library. At the same time, leveraging the "online promotion+overseas exhibition hall" model of Zhangzhou Qianfan Overseas (Longwen) Live Streaming Base, the two parties jointly create a dual brand column of "Zhangfang Supply Selection" and "Yudang Selection", achieving dual channel exposure of "domestic e-commerce+overseas offline" through cross-border e-commerce and overseas Chinese merchant networks. In the future, both sides will also jointly carry out "overseas training camps" to provide cross-border compliance, digital marketing and other training for small and medium-sized enterprises in both regions, and cultivate composite supply chain talents.
This cooperation is deeply integrated into the "the Belt and Road" and RCEP framework. The two sides will jointly apply for the policy support of Zhengzhou Zhangzhou "National Backbone Cold Chain Logistics Base" to promote the convergence of cross-border inspection and quarantine mutual recognition, tariff preference and other rules. Relying on the advantages of Zhangzhou as a participant in the "China Philippines Dual Park" project, Qianfan plans to expand into the Philippine and ASEAN markets through the Zhangzhou channel, explore the production capacity cooperation model of "Chinese cold chain technology+Southeast Asian agricultural product processing", and use cold chain as a link to promote complementary resources between the north and south, linkage between domestic and foreign markets, and establish a cross regional coordination benchmark for Chinese agricultural products to be sold globally.
